Holly's Lollies was born in the summer of 2013. Holly was on a summer break from University and running a successful food blog.
Whilst playing around with recipes she started making confectionery, first it started with fudge and toffee, then moving onto more complicated sweet treats, and finally, lollies. What started out as just a hobby soon became more, as friends and family insisted on buying them.
Sure enough shortly after setting up an Etsy store, Holly discovered people really did love them, gaining coverage in national press and blogs and attracting interest from huge wholesale buyers.
Holly, however had to go back to university and gave up the shop.
In 2015 with a degree under her belt, Holly, aged 22, quit her graduate job and took a gamble on setting up Holly's Lollies as a full time business.
Holly's Lollies is now famous the world over for unique and original alcoholic confectionery. Lovingly made using traditional methods, we use the finest ingredients to create our delicious combinations. Our best sellers include our Raspberry Prosecco Humbugs, Gin and Eldeflower Lollipops and our Peach Bellini Bubbles.
In the last four years, Holly's Lollies has been featured in an array of publications as well as Holly herself being featured on Kirsty's Handmade Christmas with Kirsty Allsopp.
The future looks bright for this young company, with new products being released and new flavours being tested out! And with Holly's five members of staff, she has created a company that is sure to delight!
